South Carolina, Conway Railroad Bridge Closure

Due to flooding, the Waccamaw Coastline RR Bridge in Conway, Horry County, SC at mile marker 44.4 will be closed to marine traffic due to the flooding. The bridge will remain closed to navigation position until the floodwaters subside. Mariners are urged to prepare and plan transits accordingly to avoid unnecessary disruption. Horry County Public Works Department will continue to monitor the flood stage in order to open the Coastline RR Swing bridge to Navigation.
