The Seaview Boat Basin is located on the Bay between Evergreen and Gale Streets-- adjoining the Fire Island Ferry Terminal. The property is irregular in shape and has docking for @ 50 boats, approximately half are homeowners' and the rest are visitors and long term renters. The boat basin underwent significant reconstruction after hurricane Sandy and now has new decking, electrical and plumbing service. The local community has now fully recovered from the storm. New for this year is free WiFi and free use of our newly renovated bay beach park and kiddie pool. This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying. If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage. Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 24 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
