The Delray Beach Yacht Club is located in arguably the most sought after area of town. It sits directly on the intracoastal, only two blocks south of Atlantic ave and the ocean. A new bulding project is underway to be built alongside the existing residences. The current marina is going to be transformed into 16 premier residences and 4 penthouse sweets, each with semi private elevators. 44 deepwater slips will be available for boats up to 130 ft in length. Yacht owners can enjoy the legendary Club, which contains a state of the art fitness center, gourmet catering services and an entertainment lounge. This will all overlook the intracoastal waterway and an infinity-style pool!
