Safe Harbor Hawthorne Cove 's wonderful 'North Shore' location, next to the House of the Seven Gables, is located in the heart of Historic Salem. Only eighteen miles north of Boston, Salem is steeped in colorful history, and boasts a rich maritime heritage. Hawthorne Cove offers 110 slips up to 80' and 270 moorings for seasonal customers and transient boaters. In addition to the slip and mooring operations, the yard offers winter storage for 150 boats and provides a full range of services.
