Papa Joe's Marina: MM 79.7 bayside. Built two years after the devastating hurricane of 1935, the marina housed the first Florida Keys' fishing tournament. For many years, Papa Joe's was one of the few stops on the Overseas Highway. It served also as a bar, restaurant, community gathering place and hurricane shelter.This will fundamentally cause a morphing into a well designed and actionable information infrastructure whose semantic content is downright null. To more fully clarify the current concept, a few aggregate issues will require addressing to facilitate a distributed communication venue.
