Lake Charlevoix is one of the state's largest inland lakes. It empties via the Pine River Channel into Lake Michigan for
miles of nautical enjoyment.
Since 1981, Northwest Marine Yacht Club has offered an unmatched cruising area and the privacy of a Club atmosphere. Don't
let the word Club at the end of the name fool you. It means a group of friends who are all owners of their own marina. If there
were to be a dress code (which there isn't) it would be swim suits and shorts.

We may only take a limited number of advanced reservations for periods of 7 days or more. These reservations require payment in full and are non-refundable. Otherwise, call the morning of the day you wish to come in and a slip will be held for you at that time. All requests are subject to availability. Rates are subject to change without notice. We are not your usual marina, but rather a 207 slip dockominium project that allows its owners an opportunity to rent out their slips to help defray the overall costs of owning their own boat slip. When renting one of these dockominiums, please remember you are renting someone's personal property. We ask that you treat it as you would your own, with great care. If the owner has left his lines or power cords, please do not remove or tamper with them in any way.A heated outdoor pool and clubhouse, including laundry facilities and separate mens and womens bathhouses are available for your use as well as a grilling and bonfire area. Lake Michigan is only a short cruise from your dock. The Straits as well as numerous other interesting ports are a short sail away. Just steps away is the largest public beach in Charlevoix, well equipped for children. We are also within walking distance of the downtown shopping area (less than 1 mile), with various transportation services available.
