Payment in full is required when your reservation is made. Cancellation is accepted up to three (3) days in advance of your scheduled arrival with a full refund, less a $20 administrative fee, or 10% of your reservation total, whichever is greater. Cancellations within three (3) days of your scheduled arrival are non refundable
