This sought after marina has 33 deep-water transient slips for vessels to 200'. Affordable & well located, it has shower, laundry & pump-out facilities. The majority of our transients are repeats due to our pleasing atmosphere and friendly staff.
Transient Dockage: $3.00 / foot / day or $17.00 / foot / week or $48.00 / foot / month.*Summer Transient Dockage: $2.50 / foot / day or $13.50/ foot / week or $38.25 / foot / month.*Summer Transient Local Dockage: $2.00 / foot / day or $10.00 / foot / week or $29.00 / foot / month.*One night's dockage is charged to your credit card as a deposit when making a reservation.This deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.You are responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical issues.Special Events Transient Dockage is $4.00 / foot / day.*This includes Lobster Mini-Season, Fantasy Fest, Power Boat Races, the week encompassing Christmas Day, the week encompassing New Years Eve, and Key West Race Week.Dinghy Dock is $6.50 / day or $29.00 / week or $87.00 / monthShowers: @22.00 / week or $65.00 month plus $25.00 key deposit.Private Dinghy Slip: $175.00
Cancellation Policy -- 7 days prior to arrival. Regardless of weather or mechanical failure. Failure to cancel prior to these times results in a 1 day slip fee charged to credit card. Reservations required. Pump-out required. For special events, marina also takes a one-night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
