Fore Points Marina is conveniently located on the eastern waterfront, just steps away from Portland’s exciting culinary scene, boutique shops and attractions. Spend the day boating and exploring the islands of scenic Casco Bay, then return to the beautiful 150-slip deep-water marina with berthing options for vessels of any size. State-of-the-art wave attenuators protect the docks and vessels from waves and wakes. All the finest amenities are available to boaters including laundry, showers, lounge, free Wi-Fi, a picnic area and regular events and activities. Fore Points Marina has a fully attended fuel dock, pump-out station, ice and water, and every slip has fresh water access and electricity.
2024 Rates:
Seasonal rates range from $220/ft. to $480/ft.
Transient rates range from $5.00/ft per night to $10.00/ft. per night
Hourly dockage, when available, is $1/ft. per hour.
Electric rates range from $35 per day to $280 per day.
Guests wishing to cancel their transient dockage reservation must do so more than 14 days prior to the arrival date. Refunds will be made less a $65.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. No credit for early departures or late arrivals.
Check-in is after 1:00 pm.
Check out is no later than 11:00 am.
