The Falmouth Town Marina is located in Falmouth Harbor next to the Flying Bridge Restaurant. The mairna consists of 105 floating dock slips. Slips can hold up to 90' vessel, our bulkhead space can hold up to a 200' vessel. The town offers power, water and a private yachtsman only bathroom facility.Off season rates apply 4/15 to 6/30 and 9/1 to 11/1. Winter in water storage available.
Dockage Rates: April 15th - June 15th and September 1st - November 15th:$1.00 per foot plus power.June 16th - June 30th:First 14 Nights: $1.50 per foot plus power.July 01st - August 31st:$2.75 per foot plus power. Minimum $82.50 per night.Restrictions:July and August: maximum stay may not exceed 30 nightsApril through August: regular rate doubles on the 15th night, triples on the 23rd nightPower Charges: $15.00 per night per 30 Amp.$25.00 per night per 50 Amp.
Cancellations recieved up to 14 days in advance will reieve a full refund less the $25.00 processing fee.Cancellations recieved less than 14 days in advance will recieve a same season dockage credit equal to the deposit. No refunds will be applied to No Shows or Late Arrivals.Vessels that have not vacated their assigned slip by 11:00am on the last day of your reservation will be subject to additional dockage and/or towage fees by our department.
