With Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and Bal Harbour all nearby, and an easy sail from the nearby Florida Keys, this is one of the most enjoyable places in the world to travel and explore by water. The marina require 50% to be paid upon reservation, canceling within two weeks of arrival the deposit is non refundable. The balance is to be paid upon arrival. A credit card will be kept on file for your convenience for any additional charges.
