Eastport Yacht Center is a marina in Annapolis, Maryland located at the mouth of the Severn River and Back Creek, in the heart of Eastport. Boaters will enjoy this marina's location right next to the Annapolis Maritime Museum, which hosts many of Eastport's great events in the summer, including Eastport a Rockin' and Thursday night live concerts. Even better, this marina is just steps from all the great bars and restaurants on the Easport side of Annapolis, such the local's favorite tavern, Davis' Pub, and fine dining options, O'Leary's Seafood and Lewnes Steakhouse. The Eastport Yacht Center is also a full service marina, with 106 slips (to 60’), space for winter land storage, and 35 ton travel lift crane service that can easily step a mast insert/remove an engine. Many contractors are located on the premises to provide a full range of services. The marina also has several on-site amenities, including a new bathhouse with showers as well as washers & dryers. Groceries, provisions, hotels and water activities are easily accessible just a few blocks away. Historic Annapolis and the Naval Academy are a long stroll or quick water taxi ride away.
We have both fixed pier and floating options available for annual slipholders. Fixed pier slips are available for any length of boat up to 55’ and floating slips are available for 30’ – 45’ boats (interior option only for 45’ boats).
We have fixed pier options available for monthly slipholders. Rates range from $390 – $1,300 depending on LOA.
We welcome transient sailors at Eastport Yacht Center. Our rates are $3 per foot, based on LOA, per day. Cost is subject to change for holidays, boat shows, or other major local events and includes electricity, wifi, and use of all other amenities.
Eastport Yacht Center welcomes sailors to live aboard their boats. We don’t currently have a large liveaboard community, but continue to see more interest in this option from potential customers. In addition to our monthly and annual rates, a cost of $200 per month is required.
This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying. If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage. Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 24 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
