Situated on Block Island's beautiful Great Salt Pond, Champlin's Marina & Resort is one of New England's finest and largest marina resorts. At Champlin's Marina & Resort, you will find that our hotel, restaurant, bars, tennis courts, pool and marina, with all the amenities, provide a complete family resort experience. With a 30' harbor depth and spacious docking facilities, Champlin's Marina can comfortably accommodate 225 boats including deep draft ocean going yachts up to 250 feet. Full service marina offers water, ice, electricity, gas and diesel fuel, a marine pump-out station, hot showers, laundromat, and launch service. Start your day by indulging your appetite with a hearty breakfast beginning at 7 am at the Dockside Restaurant. At mid-day, lunch and cocktails are served at poolside. One can always find a snack at our pizza bar or ice cream parlor. After a beautiful Block Island sunset, you can have your choice of a fine meal at our Dockside Restaurant, see a first run movie at our Ocean West Theatre or relax and enjoy a cocktail at The Tiki Bar at the end of the dock. CANCELLATION POLICY: All transient reservations cancelled up to seven days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of your entire stay.Reservations that are cancelled in whole or part, within seven days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit. In the event of a small craft weather advisory, you will receive a gift card for the full value of your deposit (cancellation fees will be waived).There is no fee for making changes of equal value/nights for reservations that are outside of seven days of arrival date. Should you choose to shorten your stay or book lesser valued dates, you will be subject to the 10% cancellation fee for the partial cancellation.
