CANCELLATION POLICY: All transient reservations cancelled up to seven days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee of your entire stay.
Reservations that are cancelled in whole or part, within seven days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit. In the event of a small craft weather advisory, you will receive a gift card for the full value of your deposit (cancellation fees will be waived).
There is no fee for making changes of equal value/nights for reservations that are outside of seven days of arrival date. Should you choose to shorten your stay or book lesser valued dates, you will be subject to the 10% cancellation fee for the partial cancellation.
