Transient Rates: $2.50-3.50/ft
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48-hour window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 7-day cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 7-day window ahead of arrival, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: This marina enforces a two-night minimum stay requirement for some holidays and special events, including but not limited to Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and Baltimore Fleet Week.
SWIMMING POOL: The pool is available on a first come, first serve basis at $25/day per customer, excluding holidays and special events. Holidays include, but aren’t limited to Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and Baltimore Fleet Week.
