Avondale Boat Yard is a full service facility, with 3 full time mechanics, We are a Yanmar diesel engine dealer and service facility. We also work on other makes of diesel engines as well as inboard and outboard gas engines. We have 96 slips and 3 moorings. Most of our slips and moorings are rented on a season long basis but we often have transient and short term slips available. We have a fuel dock with Valvtec Gasoline and Diesel fuel as well as a septic pump out. We have outdoor winter storage on site and heated indoor storage off site. We look forward to servicing your boating needs.
Summer Slip rentals are $132.00 per foot, Dry outdoor storage is $49.00 per foot, heated indoor storage is $10.00 per square foot for the 6 month season. Transient dockage is $3.00 per foot.
This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying.If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage.Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 24 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
