Welcome to our laid-back island retreat. We have transformed the legandary. South Seas Island Resort with a multi-million dollar renovation. Located on the northern tip of Captiva Island at Redfish Pass, luxurious South Seas Island Resort is the home of the finest yacht harbour on Florida's southwest coast. South Seas Marina and Yacht Harbour is well known for its many comforts, luxuries and conveniences.
If you cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $35.00 admin fee. No call, no show will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The marina office closes at 5:00 and if you will be arriving after 5:00pm call the marina during the day. They will leave the welcome packet in the ship store and give you a slip assignment.
