MARINA PEZ VELA is located in Quepos, Costa Rica, near Manuel Antonio National Park. Marina Pez Vela has its first two phases of slips complete and offers 195 custom built slips to our guests and clients. The state of the art, floating concrete docks allow for seamless access to your vessel regardless of the tides and are built to international standards. The marina has a safe operating depth of 14 feet insuring easy access for all vessels in the project and custom designed Coffer dam system which has created a tranquil basin for the protection of our clients and their vessels. We have also just completed the installation of fiber optic to all of our 195 slips becoming the first and only marina in all of Central America to offer direct connections to each of our marina users, along with direct IPTV connections to allow for high-quality entertainment options.Yacht Yard Services: In addition to the Haul out, service and repair options here at Marina Pez Vela, the project also has a complete dry dock storage rack which is an ideal solution for smaller vessels or clients who are not using their boats consistently. The marina currently offers a total of 40 dry rack spots with capacity for boats up to 38 feet in length. Our Dry Rack Forklift can safely move boats up to 25,000 bounds for direct placement in and out of the water. Additional services include fuel and water top off, engine flush out, battery charges, soap wash/rinse and concierge services upon request.Other services: The plaza area hosts a total of more than 30 commercial tenants with a diverse offering of services, retail options as well as some incredibly gastronomic offerings, that complements the 10 luxury villas which are located on the top floor of our commercial plaza and offer an unbeatable combination of luxury, convenience and exclusivity in the heart of the project.
