Daily - 8:00 AM-5:00 PMJoe Wheeler Marina is located just upstream of Wheeler Dam within the confines of First Creek. The setting for our marina is truly one of the most serene on the Tennessee River. Several miles of shoreline that adjoin the marina belong to the park and present a nature backdrop.We offer both covered and open slip for lease in the marina.Currently there are 26, 50-foot covered slips and 44, 24-foot covered slips. The marina is a favorite among sail-boaters. There are 88 uncovered sailboat slips. Sailboat slips are new docks and the electrical service to other docks has been recently renovated.Our store is closed during the winter, but you may still get fuel by calling the lodge front desk at 256-247-5461.We monitor CHANNEL 16 during business hours.
$1 A Foot with $25 Minimum Per Night
This marina requires a credit card to hold your slip. Your credit card will only be charged if you leave the marina without paying. If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage. Valid reasons for canceling a reservation less than 24 hours of your arrival are at the discretion of the marina.
