‍Suntex Set to Redevelop Las Olas Marina

The premier owner and operator of best-in-class marina properties, Suntex Marinas, announced plans to renovate Las Olas Marina (pictured to the right) in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This multimillion-dollar project adds on to a $70 million redevelopment from the city, including new parking, sidewalks, beach access and park. The marina will include 68 slips for vessels up to 250 feet, plus a high-end restaurant, dockmaster's office, ship store, rooftop gym, swimming pool, and fabulous Intracoastal Waterway views.
