The up-and-coming south Baltimore region, known as BaltimorePeninsula, is transforming into a premier waterfront destination. Investment group BYB Prop Real Estate Partners and co-owner of Flohom, a luxury floating-home startup, recently acquired Baltimore Yacht Basin with plans to renovate the marina and expand facilities.
