Yacht Harbour Marina offers 2,400 linear feet of alongside berthings and up to 60 slips for transient dockage, and houses about 40 boats per week on average. The property at Bayside Marina includes a boat launch and boat rentals.In terms of recreational opportunities, South Seas has something for everyone, whether you're looking for an exciting adventure or to just kick back and relax. Sailboat rentals are available through Colgate Offshore Sailing School.

South Seas recently launched the Scoutabout for nature-enthusiasts.The outdoor adventure is for guests of all ages and sends scavengers to 15 different locations on the island to search for wildlife such as bottle-nosed dolphins, manatees, bald eagles, osprey, snowy egrets, anoles, cormorants and geckos --- to name a few.
