Mermaid Mimosa

As this beloved breakfast beverage has many variations ranging from the Tiffany Mimosa to the Poinsettia, this aquatic green version is perfect for sweet-toothed seafarers.

Ingredients:

4 oz. champagne or prosecco

1 oz. Blue Curaçao

1 oz. melon liqueur

2 oz. pineapple juice

Sugar and simple syrup for rim

Instructions:

Fill a shaker with ice and add Blue Curaçao, melon liqueur and pineapple juice and shake well. Strain ingredients into a champagne flute and slowly fill glass to the top with champagne or prosecco. For sugared rim, use empty champagne flute before filling contents into glass and fill one plate with simple syrup and one plate with rim.
