As champagne is the universal drink for celebrations, mimosa variations are always a fun way to jazz up any seasonal event. This sweet summertime treat can easily become your next party drink by just adding champagne!
4 oz. champagne or prosecco
½ oz. vanilla vodka
2 cups orange juice
1 cup half and half
1 teaspoon super-fine granulated sugar
Fill a shaker with ice and add orange juice, half and half, sugar and vanilla vodka and shake well. Strain ingredients into a champagne flute and slowly fill glass to the top with champagne or prosecco.
As this beloved breakfast beverage has many variations ranging from the Tiffany Mimosa to the Poinsettia, this aquatic green version is perfect for sweet-toothed seafarers.
4 oz. champagne or prosecco
1 oz. Blue Curaçao
1 oz. melon liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
Sugar and simple syrup for rim
Fill a shaker with ice and add Blue Curaçao, melon liqueur and pineapple juice and shake well. Strain ingredients into a champagne flute and slowly fill glass to the top with champagne or prosecco. For sugared rim, use empty champagne flute before filling contents into glass and fill one plate with simple syrup and one plate with rim. Circle rim of glass in simple syrup then immediately into sugar until it sticks.
