Florida Marina Clubs was founded in 2009 by Jon Finstrom, the company's CEO and president, and April Miller, its CFO and executive vice president. The firm operates three properties in Florida: Tampa Harbour, Naples Harbour and Key West Harbour. From the outset, the organization has been focused on providing the finest customer experience possible at all of its marinas. The staff works diligently to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Finstrom states, Our locations are unique in that they provide a country club atmosphere. We cater to our guests' every wish, from provisioning their vessels for a day on the water to cooking their catch when they return. We do it all. The members-only clubs offer both boating and social memberships, and transient boaters are granted temporary membership with access to all amenities during their stay.
Situated along South Tampa's Old Tampa Bay, just 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, the facility offers 40 slips for vessels up to 80 feet and 600 dry-rack storage spaces. There are two fueling stations, a ship's store and hurricane storage barns for winds up to 150 miles per hour. The marina is also home to Hula Bay Club Waterfront Bar & Grill, with delicious dishes served for brunch, lunch and dinner, plus live music daily and regular pool parties.

Other amenities include a hurricane-rated indoor dry-rack facility, haul and launch services, engine and electronic repair, and a fully stocked ship's store.
