SITUATED AT THE NORTHWEST end of Key West, Conch Harbor Marina overlooks gorgeous turquoise waters that make up the island's historic inlet. Located just outside the booming downtown district, you can find this transient boater paradise in Old Town, a palm tree-lined neighborhood rich with colorful historic homes and vibrant attractions.

Conch Harbor's full-service marina hosts 43 slips accommodating boats up to 185 feet. If you're cruising the Keys, you'll pass by breathtaking islands and wildlife refuges on your way to Key West Bight. The privately gated marina offers services such as in-slip pump-out, ValvTect fuel,

Wi-Fi, private laundry and shower facilities, ship store, and West Marine. They have a ton of amenities including a BBQ and lounge area, private pool, free bike rentals and on-site restaurants such as Prime Steakhouse and Dante's Restaurant & Pool Bar.

The area is unique because of its prime location, says general manager Gina Kennedy. We are located within the Key West Historic Seaport in Old Town Key West in walking distance to Duval Street, the local party hub. As the marina's coastal tranquility borders the heart of the action, this location offers the best of both worlds.

Key West Historic Seaport is a nautical haven with everything from exciting watersports and activities to shopping, dining and year-round maritime events. Check out the boat races, sunset sails and privateer-inspired happenings. One of the town favorites is the annual Goombay Festival, known for island-style food, music and arts to celebrate Key West's Bahamian heritage.

Conch Harbor also neighbors major attractions such as the Sails to Rails Museum at Flagler Station close to the marina, as well as the Key West Shipwreck Museum and Key West Aquarium just a few miles away.Kennedy adds that popular activities include fishing, visiting the Dry Tortugas National Park, catching a show at Truman Waterfront Park Amphitheater, exploring Mallory Square, or diving the Vandenberg shipwreck, one of the world's largest sunken ships turned into a reef.

Celebrated events and festivals in town include the Viking Key West Challenge, Lobsterfest, Key West Songwriters Festival and the Conch Republic Independence Celebration honoring locals in this close-knit community. Don't miss the highly anticipated 40th Annual Hemingway Days this July to celebrate the renowned author's literary success and lifestyle in the town where he once lived.
